Booking Terms
A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the booking fee, per person per night is required to confirm the booking. The balance will be required 14 days prior to holiday start date. The exception to this is our last minute deals which require full payment 7 days prior to start date.
- A damage deposit is payable of £1,000, this is refunded within 7 days after your holiday ends, providing there has been no damage to the property.
- We regret no refunds can be given due to accident or illness and recommend guests take out their own holiday insurance.
- Check-in is 4pm and checkout 10am. Late check-out /early check-in may be available for a small additional fee, please request this.
- The booking will not be confirmed until the full deposit payment has been made.
